This multifunctional device enables easy handling of various specifications of paper and plastic bags, supporting functions such as placement, cutting, printing, and sealing.
1. Adjustable pressure
The sealing pressure is adjusted through air pressure or mechanical pressing devices to adapt to packaging bags of different thicknesses (such as single-layer paper-plastic bags or multi-layer composite bags) to ensure the firmness of the seal.
2. Integrated cutting design
After the sealing is completed, the built-in blade automatically or manually triggers the cutting, and the cut is smooth and has no burrs, avoiding the risk of contamination caused by manual scissor operation.
3. Ensure sterilization safety
The Medical Pouch Cutting Machine uses high-precision sealing technology to ensure the complete closure of the packaging seal, completely eliminating the risk of penetration of microorganisms, dust, and moisture.
4. Improve work efficiency
The Medical Pouch Cutting Machine integrates the traditional scattered packaging process into a single-step operation through the three-function integrated design of "sealing-cutting-printing". The user only needs to place the packaging bag and trigger the start, and the equipment can be completed synchronously within 3-5 seconds.
